For six years running, it has re-affirmed its continuing support for the arts through sponsorship of the region’s biggest and most successful art exhibition. Locations Realty Limited is major sponsor of the Arrowtown Autumn Festival Art Exhibition, donating the main prize of $2,000.
The company also supports a similar annual art exhibition in Queenstown, and makes a substantial annual donation to the Wakatipu High School art department to support young up and coming artists.
Most recently Locations has also lent its support to the Wakatipu Rowing Club, based at Lake Hayes, helping to fund costs associated with the rowing club tender.

“An Arrowtown artist says he is "delighted" to win the people's choice award in the Arrowtown Autumn Festival Locations Art Exhibition.
Professional artist David John won the accolade and $300 for his "different way of doing a portrait", an oil on canvas painting of his daughter, Fineen (7), titled Chrysalis. His work earned 50 of the 200 votes cast and was by far the most popular in the ballot box.
The Locations Realty Supreme Painting Award and $2000 prize went to Rachel Hirabayashi, of Cromwell, for her acrylic on canvas, Above the Valley. “
